This easy whiskey cocktail recipe combines blended Scotch whisky, allspice or pimento dram, Cherry Heering, lemon and honey syrup.

Рецепт

• 45,00 ml Шотландский виски
• 0,75 Лимонный сок
• 0,50 Медовый сироп — 3:1, honey to water
• 0,25 Драм из душистого перца
• 0,25 Cherry Heering

Инструкция

1. Add the first four ingredients to a shaker and shake with ice.
2. Strain over a large ice cube into a rocks glass.
3. Slowly pour the Cherry Heering over the ice so that it sinks to the bottom of the drink.
