VE.N.TO

The Ve.n.to is one of the new additions to the IBA (International Bartender Association) cocktail list. And it is a truly unusual one, for it is the first-ever Grappa cocktail that made it into one of the lists of the IBA.

• 45,00 ml Граппа
• 22,50 ml Лимонный сок
• 15,00 ml Медовый сироп
• 15,00 ml Ромашковый ликёр

Инструкция

1. Pour all ingredients into the shaker.
2. Shake vigorously with ice.
3. Strain into a chilled small tumbler glass filled with ice.

Notes:
If desired water can be replaced by chamomile infusion in the honey mix.

Гарнир

Garnish with lemon zest and white grapes.
