Ume Paloma

The Ume Paloma is a highball cocktail recipe combining blanco tequila, umeshu, pink grapefruit juice, lime juice and club soda.

• 1,00 Текила blanco — such as Olmeca Altos Plata
• 1,00 Грейпфрутовый сок
• 0,75 Умешу — such as Choya Excellent
• 1,00 barspoon Сок лайма

Инструкция

1. If using, rim a highball glass with sea salt.
2. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
3. Add the club soda first, then the other ingredients.
4. Stir gently to blend.
