Bartender Jen Akin adds bitter Cynar amaro to her tiki-style cocktail, built on Jamaican rum, for added depth.

• 30,00 ml Cynar
• 22,50 ml Ямайский ром
• 22,50 ml Лимонный сок
• 15,00 ml Сироп маракуйи
• 7,50 ml Оржат

Инструкция

1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing tin filled with crushed ice and shake until chilled.
2. Pour contents of shaker into a double Old-Fashioned glass or tropical tiki glass.
3. Garnish with an orchid and a mint bouquet.
