The Cutter

This cocktail recipe is a riff on The Paper Airplane that swaps house-made Campari for Aperol and house Amer Picon for Nonino.

• 37,50 ml Виски — preferably St. George B&E American
• 22,50 ml Campari
• 15,00 ml Амаро Montenegro — preferably CioCiaro
• 22,50 ml Лимонный сок
• 7,50 ml Сахарный сироп — 2:1
• 1,00 dash Ароматический биттер Angostura

Инструкция

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin and shake with ice.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe.
