The Surfer on Acid is an easy shaken cocktail recipe made with rum, Jägermeister, lime, pineapple and saline solution.

• 1,50 Ананасовый сок
• 1,25 Светлый ром — such as Don Q Cristal
• 0,75 Jägermeister
• 0,50 Сахарный сироп
• 0,50 Сок лайма
• 0,25 Ямайский ром — such as Smith & Cross
• 0,25 Кокосовый ром — such as Malibu
• 1,00 dash Солевой раствор

Инструкция

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake with ice.
2. Strain into a double rocks glass over a large block of ice.
3. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
