The Spaghetti Western is a tequila-based cocktail recipe that was created in 2011 by Jessica Gonzalez at Death & Company in New York City, New York. This variation was adapted from the book Mezcal + Tequila Cocktails: Mixed Drinks for the Golden Age of Agave by Robert Simonson.
1. Add ingredients and cubed ice to a mixing glass. 3. Stir for 30-45 seconds. 4. Strain into a lowball glass over a clear ice cube. 5. Garnish with grapefruit twist.
