This mezcal cocktail is both spicy and refreshing, thanks to serrano-infused triple sec, cucumbers, and cilantro.

• 60,00 ml Мескаль
• 22,50 ml Cointreau
• 22,50 ml Сок лайма — freshly squeezed
• 7,50 ml Сироп агавы
• 3,00 Огурец
• 2,00 Кинза
• 1,00 Перец чили

Инструкция

1. In a shaker, muddle the cucumber and cilantro.
2. Add the mezcal, infused triple sec, lime juice, agave syrup, and ice, and shake until well-chilled.
3. Double-strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
4. Garnish with a chilled slice of jicama seasoned with sal de gusano.
