Coming in on top in our Paloma tasting was this cocktail by Shannon Tebay of Death & Co. New York, using El Tesoro Blanco tequila.

• 2,00 Содовая
• 2,00 Текила blanco — such as El Tesoro
• 1,50 Грейпфрутовый сок
• 0,75 Сок лайма
• 0,50 Сахарный сироп

Инструкция

1. Salt the rim of the Collins glass, then add the Topo Chico and set aside.
2. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
3. Strain into the Collins glass, add ice, and garnish with a lime wedge.
