The Seelbach Cocktail may not be a julep, but it doesn't have to be: it's respectable, powerful, and delicious right down to the bottom of the glass.
1. Add the bourbon, Cointreau, Angostura bitters and Peychaud’s bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. 2. Strain into a chilled flute. 3. Top with cold Champagne or other sparkling wine. 3. Garnish with an orange twist.
