Скотч слинг

The Improved Scotch Sling is a sour cocktail recipe that gets stirred, rather than shaken. Here, whisky meets honey, lemon and maraschino.

• 60,00 ml Айла скотч
• 22,50 ml Сладкий вермут
• 15,00 ml Лимонный сок
• 15,00 ml Медовый сироп
• 1,00 barspoon Мараскино
• 2,00 dash Ароматический биттер Angostura

Инструкция

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass over ice and stir until chilled.
2. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
3. Garnish with a lemon peel.
