Saisonnière

The winter version of Lafayette's seasonally changing staple cocktail recipe—hence, the name Saisonnière—is an herbal riff on the basic sour.

• 22,50 ml Грушевый бренди (Williams)
• 22,50 ml Лимонный сок
• 22,50 ml Сироп демерара

Инструкция

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a sage leaf and a lemon twist.
