Brian Silva's overhaul of a classic scotch whisky cocktail recipe is inspired by the structure of a "perfect" cocktail.

Рецепт

• 60,00 ml Шотландский виски — preferably Famous Grouse
• 15,00 ml Сухой вермут
• 15,00 ml Вермут bianco

Инструкция

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
2. Add ice and stir until chilled.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
4. Garnish with an orange peel.
