Rabo de Galo

Rabo de Galo is a classic cocktail made of cachaça, sweet vermouth and Cynar from Brazil. This bittersweet recipe is aperitivo-ready.

• 45,00 ml Кашаса
• 22,50 ml Сладкий вермут
• 7,50 ml Cynar

Инструкция

1. Pour the cachaça, vermouth and Cynar into a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled.
2. Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
3. Garnish with a lime twist.
