• 1,00 Водка — Lemongrass-infused
• 0,75 Лимонный сок
• 0,50 Персиковый ликёр

• 2,00 dash Биттер Peychaud's
• 3,00 Просекко

Инструкция

1. Add 1 strawberry to a shaker and muddle.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, except the sparkling wine, to the shaker.
3. Shake with ice, strain into an ice-filled glass.
4. Top with sparkling wine.
5. Garnish.

Lemongrass Vodka:
- Add 7 1/2 grams of loose-leaf lemongrass tea to 750ml of vodka or 3 3/4 grams of tea to 375ml of vodka.
- Allow the mixture to steep for 2 hours.
- Afterward, strain out the tea.
