Cocktail by @subtletiki. We mess around with highballs all year round, but especially in the summer months. This cocktail is a regular in the rotation. It features mezcal alongside Aperol, passionfruit syrup, and soda water. Super refreshing.
1. Add all ingredients except the soda to shaker with ice 2. Shake for 10 seconds 3. Strain into Collins glass over large ice column 4. Top with club soda
