This eye-catching spin on the Old Fashioned combines junmai (pure-rice) sake with Italian aperitivo Cocchi Americano and dry red wine.

• 60,00 ml Саке
• 30,00 ml Cocchi Aperitivo Americano
• 30,00 ml Красное вино
• 3,00 dash Грейпфрутовый биттер
• 1,00 Сахар optional

Инструкция

1. Place a sugar lump in a glass and add the bitters and Cocchi Americano; muddle to dissolve the sugar.
2. Add the sake and fill glass with crushed ice, then stir to combine.
3. Pour the wine over a spoon to “float” atop the drink, creating two layers.
