Created by San Francisco bartender Sierra Zimei, the Kentucky Flyer is a variation on the classic Aviation cocktail that subs rye whiskey for gin.
1. Add the rye whiskey, maraschino liqueur and lemon juice to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. 2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or coupe.
Garnish with 2 brandied cherries and a mint sprig speared on a pick.
