Created at famed New York City bar Milk & Honey in the early 2000s, this drink's combination of bourbon, lemon and honey became worldwide modern classic.
1. Add the bourbon, honey syrup, and lemon juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. 2. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over one large ice cube.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
