Going Out West

This smoky sipper is the perfect Wild West-ish twist on the Old Fashioned, featuring rye whiskey, mezcal for a touch of smoke, and Averna amaro for depth.

• 30,00 ml Ржаной виски
• 15,00 ml Мескаль
• 15,00 ml Амаро Averna
• 1,00 barspoon Сахарный сироп
• 2,00 dash Ароматический биттер Angostura

1. Add rye whiskey, mezcal, amaro, and simple syrup to a mixing glass.
2. Add a good amount of ice and string for 20-30 seconds.
3. Strain into an old fashioned glass with a large cube.
4. Get an orange peel, squeeze it to express oils, and throw the garnish into the glass.
