Eponine Collins

A French-inflected Collins cocktail recipe from Sarah Morrissey builds on a base of gin, complemented by Suze and Amaro Montenegro.

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin and shake with ice.
2. Strain into a collins glass over ice and top with soda.
3. Garnish with two cucumber slices and two basil leaves.
