A house-made pomegranate grenadine is the key to the Dead Sea Mule, a mezcal-laced twist on the classic Moscow Mule.

• 60,00 ml Мескаль
• 22,50 ml Сок лайма — freshly squeezed
• 30,00 ml Гренадин
• 150,00 ml Имбирное пиво — to top

Инструкция

1. Fill a Collins glass with ice, then add the mezcal, lime juice and grenadine.
2. Top with the ginger beer and stir briefly and gently to combine.
3. Garnish with the mint sprig and 2 skewered pieces of candied ginger.
