Bywater

The Bywater is a rum and Chartreuse cocktail recipe from New Orleans that riffs on the Brooklyn, itself a Manhattan riff.

• 22,50 ml Амаро Averna
• 15,00 ml Зелёный Chartreuse
• 7,50 ml Falernum
• 2,00 dash Биттер Peychaud's
• 2,00 dash Апельсиновый биттер

Инструкция

1. Stir all ingredients until chilled in a mixing glass filled with ice.
2. Strain into a coupe or a Nick & Nora glass.
3. Express an orange twist over the surface, then discard. Garnish with a cherry.
