The Brown Derby cocktail, a classic bourbon drink, was named for the famous Los Angeles diner and is both sweet and sour.

1. Add the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

2. Fine-strain into a cocktail glass.

3. Express the oil from a grapefruit twist over the drink and drop the twist into the drink to garnish.
