1. Add the Bärenjäger, Laphroaig, Fernet-Branca, egg white and tangerine juice into a shaker and vigorously dry-shake (without ice).
2. Fill with ice and shake again until well-chilled.
3. Double-strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.
4. Top with the bitters.
