Негрони A.S. Kingston

A Kingston Negroni cocktail recipe that stirs the classic mix of rum, Campari and sweet vermouth with oloroso sherry and coffee beans.

• 30,00 ml Ром повышенной крепости — preferably Smith & Cross
• 30,00 ml Campari
• 22,50 ml Сладкий вермут — preferably Carpano Antica
• 7,50 ml Херес — preferably Lustau
• 5,00 Кофе

Инструкция

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled.
2. Taste occasionally to ensure the coffee bean flavor has infused the drink.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Garnish with a half orange wheel and lime twist.
