Julep Houston bartender David Kubiak created this amaro highball to highlight Amaro Montenegro and serve as an intro to mezcal.

• 45,00 ml Амаро Montenegro
• 15,00 ml Мескаль
• 7,50 ml Cynar

1. Add all of the ingredients, except the soda water, to a shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake and then strain into an ice-filled glass.
3. Top with the soda.
